CFM is natural, non-chemical manufacturing process producing whey protein of the highest quality, filtered on special, technologically highly advanced ceramic cross-flow filter that allows perfectly filter our all unwanted substances (as fat, lactose and so on) and isolate clear whey protein with maintenance of all highly-valued primary microfractions, as beta-lactoglobuline, alpha-lactoglobuline, serum albumine, immunoglobuline, glycomacropepties, lactoferrine, lactoperoxidase and protease peptones.
CFM is absolutely natural non-chemical process using no chemicals or dissolving agents.
